I love this! I can definitely relate! My dad was quadriplegic after a swimming accident at 24 years old. This reminds me so much of my dad. Even though he was disabled he never let that stop him from enjoying life and his family. He wasn’t always the most calm and patient person but he was wise beyond his years and he could talk us trough anything! I learned so much from him! He always encouraged his 4 children to follow our dreams and that we could do absolutely anything! He always let us know how proud he was of us and how much he loved us. One of my favorite memories of him was when I was about 10 years old we built a Victorian doll house together. I was his hands and he was the brain! We lost him 2 years ago. He was 55 and after almost 31 years as a quadriplegic his heart just gave out. We miss him like crazy but I’m so grateful for the time we had with him. I couldn’t have asked for a better dad and grandad for my babies. Thats what I do I ride horses I drink and I know things POSTER
